We chose the Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls N.Y – Riverside by recommendation of a family friend. The experience was wonderful! The staff made sure to check in with all of our needs and the chef personally met with us to go over our options and ensure everyone would be taken care of. The day of the wedding went smoothly because of the incredible service by the kitchen, service, and hotel staff. Our family raved about the venue and how classy the evening was. We were glad to have and provide such a great event on a reasonable budget!
The Crowne Plaza – Niagara Falls Riverside was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding! From the very first interaction, their communication was fast, detailed, and easy, making the planning process a breeze. The quality of their work and value was simply outstanding – the venue was absolutely beautiful, the food was incredible, and the whole experience felt fun and celebratory from start to finish. The team was exceptional and so passionate about making our day perfect. We were blown away by the incredible bridal suite and the amazing tasting they provided to help us finalize the menu. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner to bring our wedding vision to life. We’re still getting compliments from our guests on how amazing everything was!
The food and service were incredible. If you choose this spot as your venue and have the pleasure of working with them you will not regret it. I can not say enough positive things. From communication and professionalism to energy and never giving up attitude they made this day go so smooth and I couldn’t thank them enough for that. Even when unexpected things happened they took them on and made sure my bride stress stayed down. I also highly recommend if using this venue to take 30 minutes and head to Niagara Falls for pictures with your partner. The drive is only about 11 minutes from the venue. It will be a wonderful intimate moment away from the chaos for a little bit. Thank you so much for providing us with a beautiful venue for one of the biggest days of our lives. 🩵💍
